But this specific fiber is a Superwash treated yarn, which means it should be washed in the machine, using a gentle cycle program.

This wool has a lovely sheen to it, the project was a labour of lovel but the wool showed off all the cablles really well. So soft comfortable

peeling wool and horrible service

The wool is quite frustrating to work with, it breaks a lot, though I've figured out how to overcome that, was very careful and managed to finish a cardigan. I loved the softness and the stitch definition, but the item starts to peel like crazy and after just a couple of times I wore the cardigan, it looked like it is at least 10 years old. No, never buying this kind of yarn again. Also, the service was horrible. First the store made a mistake and shipped another yarn. Then they made me to go through some ridiculous bureaucracy to return the yearn I haven't ordered and get the yearn I ordered. In particular, the support person, having all the details of the order and the actual delivery demanded me to fill in a return non-editable digitally pdf form. Which was impossible in my case because i didn't have a printer. This fact didn't bother the store's support and they insisted that they need a return form from me to fulfill the order. I wish I have never ordered anything from We are knitters. The product is low quality as the service. Hopefully you'll improve for other not to go through this frustration.
