pretty colorway, but tough unpleasant feel

I've knitted with other The Wool colorways, and they were lovely and soft from the get go. This one, maybe because of the dyeing process, remained hard even after 2 handwashings. No halo at all, and I intended it for a squishy cowl. I haven't decidced whether to toss it or unravel and think of something else to do with it.

Very deep color

Lovely wool but only giving a 4* as the skein I had was a little too dark for the project I was working on. No issue just a question of preference.
